After a career built around leadership, service, and helping organizations make important decisions, I chose to bring those same skills to real estate.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, I served as a Special Operations U.S. Army Aviation officer, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel after a career that included assignments around the country and overseas. I later spent more than a decade with Boeing, ultimately serving as a Director of Business Development supporting U.S. Army and Special Operations programs.
Those experiences taught me the importance of preparation, communication, attention to detail, and advocating for the people who place their trust in me. My family and I understand firsthand what it is like to relocate, evaluate communities, buy and sell homes, renovate properties, and make decisions that affect both your finances and your family's quality of life. Together with my wife, Ibolya, we bring that experience to clients throughout the Tampa Bay area with Florida Executive Realty.
As a couple married for over 16 years, we have owned, renovated, and improved homes ourselves—including major kitchen, bathroom, flooring, outdoor, and pool projects—and we enjoy helping buyers look beyond what a property is today and consider what it has the potential to become. For sellers, I understand the importance of preparation, presentation, market positioning, and getting the details right before a home reaches the market.
Our goal is simple: provide clients with straightforward advice, strong representation, and the information they need to make confident decisions. Whether you are buying your first home, moving across the country, searching for your next property, or preparing to sell a home filled with years of memories, I want the experience to feel organized, informed, and personal.
Personally, I believe the best real estate relationships extend beyond the closing table. My aim is not simply to complete a transaction, but to become a trusted resource my clients are comfortable calling long after the sale is complete.
Ibolya and I live in the Tampa Bay area with our daughter, and I enjoy coaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, golf, pickleball, fitness, travel, home improvement projects, and spending time with my family.
